With minimal finishing and no coating, natural grain patterns, scars, and spots are clearly visible, reflecting a high standard of leather quality. Vegetable-tanned leather softens and develops a beautiful sheen over time, promising a captivating patina and natural aroma as it ages. A Note on Production: 1. All items are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed and typically takes 4-6 business days. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us beforehand. 2. Due to potential discontinuation of certain leathers, if a specific leather is out of stock, we can discuss alternatives with you. 3. Complimentary hot stamping is available. Please refer to the photo for font options. Primarily uses English alphabet characters; please consider if you are particular about perfect handwriting. Even within the same cowhide, color variations can occur due to different parts, and the leather itself may bear natural scars, spots, or growth lines, making each wallet truly one-of-a-kind. As these are handmade, minor imperfections may be present. If these are a concern, please refrain from purchasing. Custom orders, excluding deliberate defects, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please be aware of this policy. 5. Important Care Instructions ・New cowhide requires no initial maintenance. We recommend applying leather conditioner every 2-3 months after the first six months of use. ・Leather may discolor, develop water spots, or deform if exposed to water; please wipe it dry promptly. Be cautious to avoid oil stains during use. ・The natural leather surface does not have extensive waterproofing. Therefore, contact with water or friction may cause color transfer or fading. 6. For exclusive and customized orders, the seven-day cooling-off period stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act does not apply. Please confirm your requirements before placing your order. 7. TTH Studio offers complimentary maintenance services, including basic repairs for hardware components.
