【Important Notes】
● Different workshops may be running simultaneously. The class will proceed if a minimum of 3 participants are registered for the day.
● Please bring your own basic needle felting tools or purchase them. Other tools provided for borrowing on-site include: small scissors, awls, pins, glue.
● Participants are welcome to bring their own boxes to take their creations home. Minor pilling due to friction is normal and can be trimmed with small scissors.
● Completion times may vary for each individual. Please follow the instructor's steps. The techniques will be thoroughly taught during the class, and fine-tuning can be done at home.
● To maintain quality, please avoid being late to avoid disrupting other participants. **Auditing, visiting, accompanying, or sharing a project with another person is not permitted.**
● Participants agree that the organizer may take photos during the event for documentation and sharing on online platforms.
● **For wet felting workshops, please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the class start time for preparation.**
● **No prior notification will be sent.** Please remember the class time and location.
【Course Cancellation Policy】
Participant Cancellation
● To maintain teaching quality and the rights of other participants, **no refunds will be issued regardless of the reason.**
● Participants may cancel and reschedule a class once. **A second cancellation will result in the material kit being mailed.**
● Cancellation Notification Time:
15 days or more before the class date: The fee can be reserved and transferred to any other course (difference in fees may apply).
Within 14 days before the class date (including the day of): The reserved fee will be deducted by $600 * total number of classes.
Within 3 days before the class date (including the day of): Half of the course fee will be deducted from the reserved fee, and the material kit will be mailed.
On the day of the class: **The fee will not be reserved**, and the material kit will be mailed.
● If a participant is late or leaves early by more than 1/3 of the total class time on the day of the course, it will be considered a no-show, and **entry will be refused.** Please notify us of cancellations in advance.
● For consecutive courses, if all sessions are cancelled, the time of the first day's class will be used as the reference.
● If a make-up class is needed for consecutive courses, the fee will be charged hourly ($200/hr).
● Due to the numerous and irregular nature of our courses, please message us on our social media platforms to schedule make-up classes. **We do not proactively notify about make-up class scheduling.**
● All cancellation times will be based on the time of contact with customer service.
Other Reasons for Cancellation
● If the organizer cancels the course, participants will be contacted for rescheduling or a refund.
● If a natural disaster (such as a typhoon) causes a closure announcement in either the participant's residence area or the class location, **the course will be cancelled and fully refunded.**
