Embroidered stickers are commonly known as embroidered patches, fabric patches, iron-on patches, or embroidered appliqués. However, most embroidered patches require ironing to adhere to fabric or to mend holes. Our embroidered stickers have an adhesive backing that is sticky without ironing, making them ideal for smooth surfaces like water bottles, phone cases, laptops, notebooks, pencil cases, helmets, luggage, and more. Let's create something unique together! 🏷 How do I use embroidered stickers? Using our embroidered stickers is simple! ▪️ For non-fabric smooth surfaces: Peel off the backing and stick. No ironing is needed, and they won't easily fall off! ▪️ For fabric surfaces: Preheat your iron to 150°C. Place a pressing cloth over the patch to protect the embroidery thread from high heat and iron for 20-25 seconds. Allow it to cool completely for a secure bond. For extra durability, reinforce with needle and thread. If you don't have an iron, sewing with a machine or by hand will also ensure a strong attachment to fabric! 🏷 What if I can't iron the fabric, or I'm unsure if it can be ironed? For materials that cannot be ironed (e.g., down jackets, nylon, leather, waterproof fabrics) or if you are unsure about ironing, we recommend sewing them on with a sewing machine or by hand to avoid damaging your fabric with high heat. 🏷 How strong is the adhesive? Will they fall off easily? Our embroidered stickers have ample adhesive strength and are unlikely to detach from general smooth, non-fabric surfaces. If applying to fabric (clothing, pants, hats, etc.), please iron and reinforce with sewing for added durability. 🏷 Will the embroidered stickers come off after washing? Once ironed and reinforced with sewing, the embroidered stickers can withstand machine washing without easily coming off. We recommend washing them inside out in a laundry bag. 🏷 Can embroidered stickers be reapplied? The adhesive backing on our embroidered stickers is designed for single use and cannot be reapplied. We recommend confirming the placement before applying. If you peel them off and wish to reuse them, the embroidered fabric can still be sewn onto fabric as a decorative element. 🏷 Will there be residue after removing the sticker? Due to the strong adhesive, some residue may remain after removal. This residue can be cleaned with sticker removers or adhesive removers. Before applying any cleaner, please check if your item's surface material is compatible to avoid damage. Do not use a hairdryer to remove residue, as the adhesive can melt with heat, becoming stickier and harder to remove.
