In this "Smoked Series," we invite you to enjoy the subtle hues created during the gradual development of the silver’s aging process, as well as the deep, refined beauty of fully aged silver. This sulfurization process, known for its dull luster and long aging time, is the basis of the expression ‘smoked silver (いぶしぎん)," which symbolizes the hidden strength, depth, and grace of a person—qualities highly respected in Japanese culture.
