How to Use (No Water Needed):
1. Place the blade vertically at a 90-degree angle into the sharpener. Grip the handle and pull towards yourself to sharpen (do not saw back and forth).
2. Coarse Sharpening: First, use the tungsten steel (black) slot 10 times for coarse sharpening.
3. Fine Sharpening: Then, use the ceramic (white) slot 10 times for fine sharpening.
4. Sharpening in sequence will make your blade like new.
※ Adjust the number of sharpening strokes based on how dull the blade is and the material of the knife. You can use 10 strokes as a baseline and repeat the process until the blade is sharp.
5. After sharpening, simply wipe the blade with a cloth.
