Introduction of works: This is the library ticket of the Library of the Metropolitan Chapter of Prague, which was produced in 1905 and is unknown. The picture is based on the angelic statue of the decorative triangular wall above the main entrance of the Metropolitan Church of the Holy City of Prague, and incorporates the popular Art Nouveau elements of the time. The Metropolitan Sanctuary manages Prague's St. Vitus Cathedral (Katedrála svatého Víta), the most important landscape of Prague today. The library is one of the oldest libraries in the Czech Republic. It is famous for its collection of historical documents and is not open to the public but to scholars and experts. About the book collection, Jomo originated in the fifteenth century. Because the books were not popular at the time and the cost was high, most of the books that could be read were the church monks and nobles. In order to express the ownership of the books, they were printed with prints (mostly woodcuts at the time). The owner's badge, marked with the Latin word EX-LIBRIS, is attached to the butterfly page of the book, indicating that "this book is for me." Subsequent printing became more popular, book printing increased, and the tradition of collecting books remained. In the 19th century, with the help of many artists and collectors, the collection of books became a unique art department. Due to its small size, it is often referred to as a gem on paper. The collection of books is a kind of ownership, which also shows the collector's own preferences and tastes. The artist also developed a rich theme for the collection of books.
