Before establishing the RED TORNADO brand, the core expertise of our team lay in washed denim. We possess extensive accumulated technical skill and experience in denim washing. These washed denim jeans, a reproduction of a 1950s Japanese design with double pleats, have undergone numerous adjustments to the pattern and dyeing process, from yarn analysis to the final wash effect. The depth of the fabric's texture, the distribution and fineness of the whiskering – every detail has been meticulously and comprehensively considered. RED TORNADO utilizes our proprietary developed denim fabric. Its weight is 14oz before washing and 13oz after, with no further shrinkage. This weight is perfectly suited for subtropical climates, ensuring breathability and a soft, comfortable wear. The pocket lining is made from high-density twill woven from raw cotton. Washed together with the denim, the indigo dye subtly bleeds onto the naturally yellowed pocket fabric, creating a wonderfully vintage aesthetic. Unlike the exposed overlocked edges of the original Japanese version, RT has refined this with a concealed hem finish.
