Can it be expedited? Engraved items typically require **7-10 business days for shipping, excluding weekends and holidays**. Please do not place an order if you cannot wait. As the items must be sent to a third-party vendor for laser engraving, their schedule and transit times are beyond our immediate control. Therefore, we cannot provide an exact shipping date or rush the process. We appreciate your understanding. The default engraving location is on the **right side of the pen clip (on the cap)**. You can refer to the icons at the top and bottom of the page for guidance. For engraving in other locations, please inquire beforehand via message to confirm feasibility before placing your order. *The Fusion series pen barrels cannot be engraved. Engraving will be placed on the **pen clip** instead. ⭐ Can only one area be engraved per pen? If you add the engraving service once (quantity 1), only one location can be engraved. If you wish to have both the cap and the barrel engraved, you should add the engraving service twice (quantity 2). ⭐ How many characters can be engraved? Are there font choices? - Chinese: 8 characters (including spaces, numbers, and punctuation). Available fonts: Standard Kai (標楷體), Script (書寫體/秀風體). Horizontal or vertical orientation. - English: 16 characters (including spaces, numbers, and punctuation). Available styles: Block or Cursive. **Other important notes: (Refer to icons below)** *English cursive is not suitable for all uppercase letters. *If the number of characters exceeds the limit, the font size will be reduced. *Mixing Chinese and English is not recommended for very long inscriptions. *If details are not provided sufficiently, the designer will adjust for the best outcome. *Default for Chinese: Standard Kai, horizontal. Default for English: Cursive. ⭐ Can patterns or logos be engraved? Simple symbols like ♡, ☆, etc., can be engraved. The designer will adjust the effect to best match the chosen font style. For logos, a clear image file (.png) must be provided. Intricate or densely detailed designs may not guarantee clear laser engraving results. ⭐ Can engraving colors be chosen? Color cannot be chosen. Engraving is done by laser ablation, which heats and burns the surface of the pen to reveal the raw material underneath. Therefore, the color of the text will be the color of the material itself. Common materials for metal pens include brass, stainless steel, aluminum, etc. ⭐ Can engraved items be returned? No. Customized items cannot be returned (excluding repair and warranty services). ⭐ Can I pay upon pickup?
