Purchase Information § Large furniture items have special delivery lead times. Orders will be arranged based on the order of placement. Customer service will proactively contact you within 1-3 business days after receiving your order to confirm details and schedule delivery. Please be attentive to incoming calls for delivery arrangements. § Large furniture delivery is specialized. Shipping and floor fees are charged separately. Please inquire via our official LINE account before placing an order. § Please confirm that the dimensions meet your needs before purchasing. Payment on delivery is not available. § Customized products are not subject to the seven-day cooling-off period stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Please be aware of this. Delivery Service Description § We provide professional delivery and in-home placement services. § The product price does not include delivery and floor fees, which are to be paid directly to the delivery personnel. § A fee of $200 applies for designated holiday delivery, and $700 for designated date delivery. These fees are to be paid directly to the delivery personnel on-site. § In the event of delivery being impossible due to force majeure factors such as weather, terrain, or remote area restrictions, the company reserves the right to determine whether to proceed with delivery. We appreciate your understanding. § Delivery is by appointment. Once a schedule is confirmed, please do not request last-minute changes. A fee of $1000 will be charged for unapproved changes to the installation date. If personnel have already departed, a $3000 fee will be charged for a wasted trip to change the installation time. We appreciate your understanding. Notes § Due to adverse weather or unpredictable traffic conditions, slight delays may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience. § Service fees incurred during purchase (shipping, floor fees) represent labor already performed and are one-time consumable costs, thus they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. § Service fees incurred during purchase are to be paid directly to the delivery personnel. § Please measure your intended placement space, as well as stairwells (elevators), and entrance/exit dimensions before purchasing. Ensure sufficient space for on-site maneuvering and placement. We do not provide moving or cleaning services for items not purchased. If the delivery personnel determine that the item cannot be moved or placed, it will be delivered to the ground floor. Crane services are not provided. For returns or exchanges, all original packaging (including gifts) must be complete and intact.
