Create everyday ceramics like cups, plates, bowls, and vases, infusing your ordinary life with extraordinary charm. A piece of handmade pottery is a testament to the profound connection forged through the practice of hand and heart. · · · **[ COURSE CONTENT ]** Three Hand-Building Techniques · Multiple Themes Session 1: Pinch Pot Method (e.g., Cups/Bowls) Session 2: Slab Building Method (e.g., Plates/Lidded Boxes/Mugs) Session 3: Coil Building Method (e.g., Vases/Incense Holders) Session 4: Glazing ▫️ You are not limited to these vessel types; feel free to discuss other ideas with the instructor. ✔️ We will discuss the date for your second session at the end of the first class. ✔️ The first three sessions focus on creating various daily-use ceramics such as cups, plates, and vases using different hand-building techniques. The fourth session is dedicated to the glazing process, where you can freely choose from a variety of glaze colors and master basic application techniques. ✔️ These four sessions will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of fundamental hand-building skills, making it especially suitable for beginners looking to further practice and explore their creativity! · · · **[ NOTES ]** *The fee includes instruction, glazes, clay, and tool usage. *Kiln firing fees are charged separately and vary based on the size of each piece. *There is no limit to the number of pieces you can create during class time; you can complete at least one piece per session. *Firing typically takes about 1-4 weeks.
