Silver, copper, and wires should avoid contact with moisture and other chemicals. Do not apply excessive force, pressure, or pull on the main body of the jewelry, as this may cause damage. ◟ Care Instructions Silver and copper can be polished with a silver polishing cloth to restore their metallic luster. Pearls and gemstones can be cleaned with a small amount of neutral soapy water. After wearing, it is recommended to gently wipe with a dry cloth before storing in a ziplock bag to keep dry and minimize oxidation and staining. You can also periodically have them professionally maintained by us. ◟ After-Sales Service All products come with a 6-month warranty, covering only deformation, detachment, or breakage of ear studs or clips, and repairs to main materials. Round-trip shipping fees will be borne by the buyer. For in-person repairs, please schedule an appointment in advance.
