Protection of the product remains our top priority—thank you for your understanding. 【Care Instructions】 For wool felt items: Wool felt may develop fuzz due to friction. Avoid contact with rough surfaces. If the item gets wet (e.g., from rain), place it in a well-ventilated area to air dry. Wool is naturally stain-resistant and does not require frequent washing. If soiled, gently clean the affected area with a damp cloth as soon as possible. For deeper cleaning, apply a small amount of mild detergent and gently rub in circular motions. Press out excess water (do not wring), then air dry in a ventilated space. If fuzz or pilling appears over time, you can use a felting needle to tidy it up or trim it carefully with small scissors.
