For the "Imported Noble Fir" option, fresh Noble Fir is expected to arrive in Taiwan around November 25th. Shipping will begin in the order of orders received upon arrival. Regarding Christmas Tree Care: The Christmas tree primarily uses fresh cedar and various conifer branches, arranged in floral foam. It relies on the moisture within the floral foam to maintain its greenery. Please water daily, ensuring the foam remains moist to the touch. Frequent watering will help prolong the freshness of the foliage. We recommend purchasing a specialized watering can for convenient refilling. If you accidentally forget to water, do not worry. The entire tree can naturally dry out and will remain aesthetically pleasing for several months after drying. The Christmas tree does not require direct sunlight; please avoid placing it in direct sun. Excessive heat can cause the foam and plants to lose moisture rapidly, accelerating drying or causing leaves to turn yellow. Conversely, humid and poorly ventilated environments may lead to mold. Regarding Material Descriptions: A variety of fresh, natural foliage is used in each product, and the longevity of each type of foliage will vary, which is characteristic of natural plants. For Christmas products, we primarily select plants that can dry naturally, supplemented by realistic or artificial decorations. Inconsistent drying of fresh foliage is a natural occurrence. The LED string lights are battery-operated. Each string light is brand new; simply replace the batteries when they are depleted. Product Shipping Service: All products in our store are custom-made based on orders received and paid. November and December are peak seasons for Christmas orders.
