〈About the Artwork〉
※ UV resin is used to reinforce the findings and the base of the Kintsugi area. Please understand that there may be slight resin overflow.
※ For some pieces (e.g., those with translucent materials like sea glass or natural stones), the findings may be changed to silver. The material will remain the same, so please do not worry.
※ What is Kintsugi... It is a traditional Japanese art technique that revitalizes ceramics damaged by chips, cracks, or breakage using lacquer and gold powder.
※ Instead of genuine Urushi, we use a hypoallergenic synthetic lacquer (New Urushi) and gold powder (brass powder).
※ Natural stones are natural materials, so they may contain impurities, fine scratches, or small chips. Please understand this is natural.
※ Please understand that variations in glaze are characteristic of handmade items.
Especially the sides of Mino ware tiles often show such variations.
※ Individual differences in metal, resin, or lacquer allergies exist. If you experience any skin irritation, please discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.
We are not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by the product.
※ The actual color may vary slightly depending on your monitor, brightness, and screen environment.
〈Care Instructions〉
※ Please handle with care, as applying strong force may cause breakage.
※ Avoid scrubbing the Kintsugi area vigorously or prolonged immersion in water, as this may cause the gold leaf to detach.
When cleaning, gently wipe away dirt with a soft cloth.
※ Store away from high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight.

※ Kintsugi (金繕い) is a unique traditional Japanese repair technique that joins broken or chipped ceramics using lacquer and gold powder. We use a simplified Kintsugi method for our creations. Unlike genuine Urushi derived from the sap of the lacquer tree, we use a hypoallergenic synthetic lacquer (New Urushi) and gold powder (brass powder). UV resin is also incorporated for reinforcement.
