? Each activity starts with a single person and is full with 4 people. If the number of registrants for a session does not reach 1 person three days before the start of the activity, Qingshouzuosao has the right to cancel the activity and notify you to change the activity session or refund.
? As we need to prepare materials 3 days before the event, no refund will be accepted if cancelled within 3 days before the event.
? If the course activity needs to be rescheduled, please inform us 3 days before the activity. If you fail to inform us, a material preparation fee of 300 yuan will be charged.
? Participation is limited to registered persons. Non-registered persons are not allowed to accompany entry or participate.
? Admission will be open 15 minutes before the event. In order for the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late.
? Consumers should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructors. If any violation causes damage, the consumer shall be responsible for it.
? In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, Qingshou Soap will take the initiative to contact us to postpone or refund.
? If you cancel your participation in the activity due to reasons not attributable to Qingshou Soap, no refund will be given.
? If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, Qingshouzuosao will take the initiative to contact you to postpone or refund the class. In the event of a typhoon, the class opening and refund standards will be based on the class suspension standards announced by the event venue, regardless of the location of the participants.
? The experience activity will be filmed by the organizer as needed and uploaded to the Qing Handmade Soap Community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
