Important Notes: 1. To register for the course, please "Contact Teacher Yan's Erhu & Piano Music Garden" to confirm class availability before placing your order. 2. As the instructor needs to prepare the experience instruments and sheet music in advance, a 30% processing fee will be charged for cancellations due to personal reasons. No refunds will be issued within 3 days of the activity. 3. If you need to reschedule, please "Contact Teacher Yan's Erhu & Piano Music Garden" for assistance. Rescheduling is not permitted on the day of the activity. 4. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the venue reserves the right to cancel the event and will proactively contact participants to arrange an alternative session or provide a full refund within 3-5 days. 5. Entry begins 10 minutes before the event. To ensure the smooth progression of the experience, please do not be late. Entry will not be permitted for those more than 30 minutes late, and no refund will be provided. 6. Only ticket holders are permitted to attend. Unaccompanied individuals without tickets may not participate in the experience. 7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, the venue will proactively contact participants to arrange a postponement or refund. 8. During the event, filming may occur as needed and will be shared on "Teacher Yan's Erhu & Piano Music Garden" social media channels after the event. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used in the future for event records or other promotional materials. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform us in advance, and we will make special arrangements. 9. As our instructors are industry professionals with busy schedules, missed classes cannot be made up without prior arrangement.
