Class Details:
Minimum Participants: 3 students to form a class, maximum 10 students.
Course Duration: 1 hour.

1. To register for the course, please first "Contact Teacher Yan's Erhu Piano Music Garden" to confirm class schedules before placing your order.
2. As the instructor needs to prepare instruments and sheet music in advance, and to protect the instructor's rights, a 30% handling fee will be charged for cancellations due to personal reasons. No refunds will be issued within 3 days before the event.
3. If you need to reschedule, please "Contact Teacher Yan's Erhu Piano Music Garden" for assistance. Rescheduling is not permitted on the day of the event.
4. If the minimum enrollment number is not met, the venue reserves the right to cancel the session and will proactively contact participants within 3-5 days to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
5. Admission begins 10 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not be late. Latecomers exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds.
6. Only ticket holders are permitted to participate in the session. Non-ticket holders may not join the experience.
7. In case of cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, the venue will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a refund.
8. During the event, filming may occur as needed and will be shared on "Teacher Yan's Erhu Piano Music Garden" social media after the event. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or promotional purposes for future recruitment. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance, and we will make special arrangements.
9. As our instructors are industry professionals, their schedules are arranged well in advance. Therefore, missed classes due to no-shows cannot be made up.
