For samples, it usually takes 1-2 sets of molds. For mass production, more than 10 molds are needed depending on the delivery time and quantity of the bulk goods. If you need to open the mold quickly in a short time, it will take more time. Multiple prototypes. To copy a prototype, a mold will be opened and filled with resin. Different resins will be selected according to the designed shape. Different resins will have different curing times, so the speed of replicating the prototype will not be the same. Under normal circumstances, the number of Silicone molds will directly determine the production speed of Cement products. In mass production, we usually pour multiple molds after mixing Cement. However, the amount of Cement mixed in a single time is limited. The amount of cement mixed in a single time is limited. For example, if the customer requires an extremely saturated color, more colorants need to be added to the Cement formula. The amount of colorants will affect the viscosity of the Cement. Products with higher viscosity are prone to bubbles or cannot be poured into multiple molds at one time, so the yield rate or Single-day production capacity will be low. ↓ __**STEP 3 Sample Production**__ ●The customer confirms the sample and reconfirms the acceptance criteria and delivery date. Usually, both parties will keep one sample as future acceptance criteria. Because the production is handmade, each piece will be slightly different, and the quality can only be controlled within a stable range. ↓ __**STEP 4 Confirm bulk quotation**__ According to past experience, only two of the three factors of price, speed, and quality can be chosen. It is difficult to achieve both fast and good prices and low prices. Customers can first consider the ranking among these three when planning their budget. For example, if quality is the first priority and price is the secondary consideration, then it may be more difficult to go faster. ↓ __**STEP 5 mass production**__ ●Mass production pursues "overall stable" quality, so it requires very strict quality control. Many factors in the production process will affect the quality and production speed of the finished product, such as working temperature, Cement freshness, pouring method, and curing time. .....wait. ↓ __**STEP 6 Packaging and Shipping**__ ●Generally speaking, bulk packaging will be considered during the design stage.
