1. Please Arrive Punctually
To ensure a smooth course flow, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early for check-in.
2. Botanicals Subject to On-site Availability
Seasonal botanicals will be used, maintaining freshness and aesthetic appeal.
3. Cancellations or Rescheduling
Kindly notify us 3 days prior to the course date for one rescheduling opportunity.
Cancellations made on the day or no-shows are non-refundable.
4. Please Bring a Protective Bag or Paper Bag
To easily transport your completed floral creation home.
5. Respectful Shared Space
When taking photos or videos, please do not disrupt others' creative experience.
Kindly maintain a tidy workspace and converse softly.
6. Photography and Recording
The organizer may use course photos and videos for event documentation or future promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff on-site in advance.
We will be mindful and make appropriate arrangements, allowing you to participate comfortably.
