Blue cherry blossom pastry plates.
The design of these plates is the same as the blue sakura one by Noritake, but these items are unmarked. They were purchased from a Dutch collector, but it is unclear which company made them. It is possible they were made in the Netherlands as at the beginning of the last century, Chinese and Japanese patterns were copied to create Chinoiserie pottery. The production quality indicates it is possible they were at that time in the Netherlands. The plates are all somewhat uneven with some small glaze and print production flaws. There are some surface marks due to usage. The photographs are a part of the description.
11 x plate: 17cm diameter
