Every May, as the wind blows, the mountainsides erupt in a flurry of white tung blossoms, fluttering down like vast drifts of snow. This is why the tung blossom is affectionately known as "May Snow." Artist Kuei-Chu Chuang has captured the unique beauty of these blossoms, firing them onto porcelain to create a distinctive symbol of New Taipei, Taiwan.
