・If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new workshop time.
・Rescheduling is limited to sessions within "2 months" from the original booking date. If suitable times cannot be found, a refund can be requested.
・To request a refund, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・As instructors prepare materials and the venue in advance, refunds and postponements are not permitted on the "day of the workshop." Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture.
・In the event of force majeure (typhoons, heavy rain, etc.) or official closures announced by authorities, we will proactively notify all participants. Affected workshops will be rescheduled, transferred, or fully refunded.
・To ensure a positive experience for all participants, anyone arriving "15 minutes late" past the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture, with no refund or rescheduling options.
・To respect the time of other participants, please arrive promptly for your scheduled workshop.
・A pre-workshop notification will be sent 2-3 days prior to the session. Please ensure your email and contact information are accurate to avoid missing this notification. ・To ensure the smooth running of the workshop, please refrain from eating during the session.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・During the workshop, the organizer may conduct photography and videography as needed. These images will be uploaded to Chuan Chuan Handmade Jewelry's social media after the workshop. Your likeness may be used for event documentation or promotional purposes for future recruitment.
・If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform us during the workshop, and we will take special care to accommodate your request.
