1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field after confirming your engraving details.
3. Your booking is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and availability.
4. As materials are prepared upon order and payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
