Brass Fire Pattern Round Hook

About the Piece| The Brass Fire Pattern Round Hook is entirely handmade from brass. During its creation, the fire patterns resulting from welding are preserved, creating a unique and unrepeatable coloration. Untreated copper develops oxides over time, imbuing the piece with a distinctive hue. These colors appear almost alive, reflecting the passage of time and the traces of use. Dimensions| Approx. 1.8 x 1.8 x 2 (cm) (Length x Width x Height) Installation| As shown in the illustration: drill a hole at the designated spot, use the included wrench to screw in the built-in double-headed screw, and then attach the piece. Notes| *Each piece is handmade, so there may be slight variations in color, pattern, and size. These differences are what make each piece unique. *As brass ages and oxidizes, its color will shift from golden to brown – these are natural marks left by time. Care Instructions| *Exposure to water accelerates oxidation. If you prefer to maintain the original golden hue, keep the piece as dry as possible. *To restore its golden luster, you can use baking soda, toothpaste, copper polish, or metal polishing cream for cleaning. *Applying a thin layer of beeswax after cleaning can help slow down the metal's oxidation process. *For the Fire Pattern series and blackened metal series, regular maintenance with beeswax is recommended.
