✜ Location: Our Studio, Room 13, 18/F, Tylex Industrial Centre, 32 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
✜ No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
✜ The estimated time is for creating one neon sign. Additional charges apply for exceeding 1.5 hours.
✜ Additional materials such as light strips, battery boxes, etc., are available at an extra cost.
✜ If any materials like light strips are damaged during the creation process, we offer free replacements.
✜ In the event of the Hong Kong Observatory issuing Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, "Extreme Conditions," or a Black Rainstorm Warning, our studio will be closed. Participants will be offered a one-time rescheduling option, valid for 2 months.
