｜Shopping Tips｜

2. All flower gifts are handmade. Due to the position and shape of the flowers, we cannot guarantee that the product will be exactly the same as the photo.
3. All photos are taken from real products. Due to different device screens, there will be some color difference.
4. The handmade materials used in the products (such as transparent balls, handmade flowers, glass covers, etc.) are mass-produced and may have scratches, residual glue or traces of handwork.
*It is normal for the glass cover to have fingerprints, small dust and even marks. We will check and wipe it repeatedly before shipment.
Wipe it, and you can also spray alcohol and wipe it again after receiving the product!
5. If seasonal flowers are out of stock, we will match them with appropriate flowers while keeping the color and overall style unchanged.

*The edges of the petals become a little transparent, which means they are too humid!
2. Please do not water it or touch it frequently. If it is covered with dust, please use a hair dryer with cold air to blow away the dust gently.
＊The integrity of the floral art depends on your maintenance method and placement environment. It is normal for the flowers to fade naturally over time.
