Among "Xingzhou" series agarwood, Kalimantan is considered one of the most premium producing regions. This vast island in Indonesia covers about three-quarters of Borneo, approximately 15 times the size of Taiwan, yet with only half its population. Kalimantan's pristine forests are abundant, particularly renowned for agarwood. In recent years, due to extreme harvesting, its production has sharply declined, making high-quality Kalimantan agarwood quite rare and its acquisition a matter of luck.
Kalimantan agarwood is characterized by its rich, aromatic scent with a subtle cooling sensation, often mingled with notes of frankincense or fruity florals. Its flavor profile is mellow and sweet, making it an ideal choice for consumers seeking premium agarwood.

Born in Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1983, with a background in craft design, Kwood once wandered the streets of Japan, experiencing how wooden art breathed warm, profound life into ancient alleyways. Objects resembling fragments of time, bearing traces of history and outlines of the future, sought a delicate balance between opposition and harmony, transforming into refined works that closely connect the vision of a new generation with the simplicity of old eras. Agarwood, once ground into powder for its scent, was solemnly placed in prominent positions within homes in Japan, symbolizing vitality and light.
Sourced directly from its origin, this agarwood is pure and flawless, untouched by artificial processes like boiling glue, drawing lines, or adding fragrances. It is presented in its most natural state, where ancient scent-extraction techniques are used to meticulously peel away the outer layers of deadwood by hand, revealing the true soul of the agarwood. This not only imbues it with eternal vitality but also allows tradition and modern craftsmanship to subtly intertwine within the fingertips, creating a feast for both the eyes and the senses. Its rich aroma, like solidified time, gently draws together past memories and future aspirations, allowing them to meet and resonate within the fragrance, continuously extending, distant and profound.
