・Upon arrival at the studio and confirmation of your chosen design, exchanges for a different design are possible (only for styles with available materials), with the price difference applied. No refunds are provided for exchanges to a lower-priced item. ・Class registration secures a spot for the participant only. Companions may be permitted to wait in the studio space depending on availability on the day, but they cannot participate in the experience. ・Please arrive punctually for your scheduled appointment. To ensure ample practice time during the experience, please avoid being late. ・The instructor will demonstrate each step. Participants will have the opportunity to practice with provided materials before working on the final piece. If an irreversible flaw occurs due to personal error, a new material kit may be purchased. ・The silver ring making class typically takes 2-3 hours (duration varies depending on design complexity). Following the class, the instructor will perform finishing and polishing, which takes approximately 2 hours. You are welcome to explore the vicinity and return to collect your finished piece. For same-day pickup, the latest class start time is 3:30 PM. If same-day pickup is not required, evening slots are available, and your finished piece can be mailed to you (free shipping) or collected later. The "Metalworking Handcraft Class" is a formal introductory course in metalworking. Taught by professional metalworking instructors in a one-on-one demonstration format, it utilizes a diverse range of tools. Therefore, participants must be high school or vocational school age (or older) and be able to follow the instructor's guidance meticulously to ensure safety during the learning process. ・It is imperative to adhere to the instructor's guidance on the safe operation of all tools and equipment. Participants are required to wear safety goggles, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes during the class. Failure to comply may result in the instructor halting the lesson, with the individual responsible for any resulting hazards. ・In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on the scheduled class date, the class will be postponed and rescheduled in accordance with government regulations for the studio's location. ・We reserve the right to modify course content. Should studio events be cancelled for any reason, participants will be notified in advance to arrange a new class date.
