Please provide a clear, front-facing close-up photo of your pet's face. Ideally, use white lighting and avoid dark or overly bright photos. Photos should be without special effects, as these can affect the depiction of your pet's fur color. . As the style is cute and not realistic, we will not provide photos of the completed work unless requested. . Modifications are limited to one opportunity. Once you receive the item, no further modifications or requests for returns due to dissatisfaction will be accepted. "Design Customization" . We cannot create designs based on famous characters, cartoon figures, or other existing product designs. . You may submit your own drawings for evaluation to see if we can create them. "Text Customization" . Limited to 7 characters (including 7). . Due to the nature of hand-felted wool, complex Chinese characters with too many strokes are difficult to create. Please contact us via email to evaluate Chinese characters. We recommend using English abbreviations or names. . For each additional character beyond the limit, there will be an extra charge of NT$30. If confirmed, a dedicated listing will be created for your order. . Font styles are standardized and cannot be changed. The size and placement may not be exactly the same as in the photos. . If you wish to change the font color, please inform us via email. To prevent deformation or shrinking of wool felt designs or text, do not use a washing machine. Hand wash to maintain shape. . Do not scrub with a brush. Air dry naturally after washing. . Do not tumble dry, as this may cause shrinkage. . Wool felt is a natural material. Pilling may occur with prolonged friction, which is normal. Trim with scissors or gently iron at a low-medium temperature to flatten. . If wool felt designs or text become dirty, clean them promptly. . Do not wash with hot water, harsh scrubbing, or detergents.
