| COVID-19 Measures |
1. In response to epidemic prevention needs, our instructors have completed screening and are confirmed to be in good health before commencing classes. Relevant participants will have their temperatures measured and access to alcohol disinfection facilities to ensure the safety of all attendees.
2. Should the epidemic situation escalate after registration, enrolled participants wishing to change their class date or cancel their course can contact the organizer to arrange for these matters.
3. Upon entry, please cooperate with hand sanitization using alcohol spray. Entry to the classroom will be denied if your forehead temperature exceeds 37.5°C. Masks must be worn throughout the class.
4. Refreshments will not be provided in the classroom. Please bring your own drinking water. Thank you!
| Refund Policy |
3. In the event of unpredictable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule the event or modify the experience.
4. For cancellations made 5 days (inclusive) or more before the class date, rescheduling (one time only) or a refund is possible, subject to a 20% processing fee.
5. If rescheduling is not possible within the subsequent 2 months of the original date, a refund will be issued.
6. Classes will commence with a minimum of 10 participants. If the minimum number is not met, participants will be notified of rescheduling or a refund before the class begins.

7. The activity is limited to the registered participant. If a parent wishes to participate with a child, an additional fee of NT$200 will be charged for the extra seat.
8. In support of environmental conservation, disposable bags will not be provided. Please bring your own reusable shopping bag to carry your creation.
9. After purchasing the course, please feel free to contact customer service, and a dedicated representative will assist you in scheduling your session promptly.
10. Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop experience and will be uploaded to NEIGHBOR FOREST's social media channels after the event for record-keeping or promotional purposes for other recruitment activities. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform the staff at the event.
