!To maintain the quality of our workshops and protect your rights, please read the following important notes carefully. By purchasing and placing an order, you agree to the following workshop regulations!
| Epidemic Prevention Measures |
1. In response to epidemic prevention needs, all instructors have completed epidemic screening and confirmed their safety before commencing classes. Relevant participants will have their temperatures measured, and alcohol disinfection equipment will be provided to ensure the safety of attending students.
2. If the epidemic situation escalates after registration, registered students who wish to change their class date or cancel their course can contact the organizer to handle related matters.
3. Before entering, you must cooperate with hand disinfection using alcohol spray and have your forehead temperature measured. Those with a temperature exceeding 37.5°C will not be allowed to attend the class. Masks must be worn throughout the class.
4. The classroom does not provide beverages. Please bring your own drinking water. Thank you!
| Refund Policy |
3. In case of unpredictable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to change the date or modify the experience content.
4. For cancellations made 5 days (inclusive) or more before the class date, rescheduling (only once) or a refund is possible, but a 20% handling fee will be deducted.
5. If you are unable to attend within the rescheduled 2 months, you may opt for a refund.
6. Classes will commence with a minimum of 10 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be notified before the class date to reschedule or receive a refund.

7. Participation is limited to the registered individual. If a parent and child wish to participate together, an additional seat fee of NT$200 is required.
8. In line with environmental protection, disposable bags will not be provided. Please bring your own shopping bag to carry your creation.
9. After purchasing the course, you are welcome to contact customer service, and a dedicated representative will arrange a class time for you as soon as possible.
10. Photos and videos will be taken during the workshop experience and uploaded to NEIGHBOR FOREST's social media after the event for activity records or other promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the staff at the venue.
