Photo Printing & Pasting Service: Photo Printing: Photos are printed using a composite inkjet photo printer as a gift with your card purchase. You may also prepare your own photos. Photo Pasting: Photos will be pasted in a random order. If you have specific placement requests, the space will be left for you to paste them. 4. Sizes: Standard sizes include A4 (opens to A3), A5 (opens to A4), A6 (opens to A5). For other sizes, please message customer service. 5. Colors: You can choose all colors yourself. Revisions & Adjustments: One complimentary revision is offered for the final product, limited to adjustments of outlines or corrections of production errors. If you wish to modify content mid-process, additional fees for materials and labor will be charged based on the situation. 2. Subjective Differences: After placing an order, refunds or returns cannot be requested due to "differences from imagination/proportion discrepancies, or other personal aesthetic factors." Please refer to the existing styles of finished products in our shop. Handmade items cannot achieve perfect symmetry or 100% realism. 3. After-Sales Service & Order Abandonment: This product is made-to-order, therefore the 7-day appreciation period does not apply. Failure to pick up the item without cause will be treated as malicious order abandonment, and relevant civil liabilities will be pursued. 4. Work Sharing: Photos of the finished product may be publicly shared on platforms later (personal information will be concealed). If you do not wish for your work to be shared, please inform us in advance. Failure to notify will be considered as consent. 5. Returns: Customized products fall under "Exceptional Product Categories*" and are not covered by the 7-day appreciation period regulations of the Consumer Protection Law. Returns and exchanges are not possible. 6. Color Differences: Minor color variations between the product photos and the actual item viewed with the naked eye are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record the entire unboxing process upon receipt to protect both your and our rights. Please report any product issues within 1 day of receipt; requests made after this period will not be processed. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet photo printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Size Discrepancy: Handmade production and measurement may result in a 0-2 cm error, which is considered normal. 11. Receipt: Please inform us in advance if a receipt is required. Our store is exempt from issuing unified invoices. If a duplicate receipt is needed later, it can only be resent via registered mail.
