In 2016, he traveled to Japan to study under renowned Osaka Spanish culinary expert Yukio Konishi. Upon returning to Taiwan, Jacky embarked on a entrepreneurial journey, combining his overseas skills with local Taiwanese ingredients to successfully open his own "Spanish Farmhouse Cuisine" restaurant.
