Kirigami Masking Tape [Blooming Flowers, Singing Birds] ※Please note that the color has been adjusted since the initial release. It has changed from a bright red to a deeper shade. We have created a masking tape featuring Chinese kirigami (jianzhi) patterns. The width is slightly wider than standard masking tape at 20mm. The design is oriented vertically, intended to showcase the pattern beautifully when used to seal bags, for instance. It makes a statement when used as a ribbon alternative, and each pattern can be cut out and used as a sticker. We use a slightly higher-grade washi paper, allowing the patterns to stand out clearly even against a dark background, as shown in the first photograph. The motifs within the masking tape designs are also available for purchase as kirigami art.
