This product is made of wool felt. The outer wool surface is treated with a special technique and protective adhesive, providing "water-repellent" properties and addressing the common issue of pilling in felt products after use.

3. After-Sales Service:
1. For the coin purse series, a "Baobao Handmade Felt Warranty Card" will be included with your order. This series comes with a 180-day warranty (excluding repairs or replacements for the zipper).
2. You can purchase additional protective adhesive for this item from the official Baobao Handmade Felt website. Apply it periodically when the gloss begins to fade.
3. All items are custom-made to order. We do not accept cancellations for refunds after placing an order, nor do we accept returns or exchanges after shipping. If you discover a significant defect within 3 calendar days of receiving the item, please message us to discuss. Exchanges will only be made upon our confirmation of the defect.
