Making Cold Drip Coffee ----------------------------------------
Accessories needed: water bottle, powder tank, metal water divider, glass jug
(1) Add Coffee Powder
Put 40g of coffee powder in the filling tank and pour a little cold water to moisten the coffee powder in the powder tank. This step is very important.
The coffee powder in the powder tank must be soaked to prevent incomplete extraction.
Place a Stainless Steel water divider on the coffee powder surface to help diffuse the water droplets to achieve a uniform extraction.
(2) Extraction
Fill the upper pot base with ice cubes and then fill up the cold water to the highest water level (about 450c.c.),
Adjust the lower adjusting valve to the drip rate of 1 drop in 2 seconds, and place it in a cool place until the water in the water bottle is all dripped.
(3) Cold Stored
Cover the extracted coffee liquid with a sealed lid and put it in refrigeration for 2-3 working days.
During this period, the sugar in the coffee will have a fermentation effect, allowing the iced coffee to produce a trace of brewing aroma.
A simple cup of ice brewed coffee can be done
