▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. After placing your order, the system will send an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. If you select the laser engraving option, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving content.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and seat availability.
4. Due to the preparation of materials upon order and payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax number, please provide the company name and tax number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. If the class is canceled due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
