▶ Ticket Purchase & Event Policies
1. Upon order placement, the system will send an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your registration is confirmed only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials need to be prepared after payment.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of event cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
