Please refer to "Product Care Instructions" for guidance. Fresh flowers typically last for 5-10 days, though this may vary depending on the specific flower variety. For nearby areas within Taipei and New Taipei City, delivery will be made via Lalamove on the same day. For farther areas within Taipei and New Taipei City, and other counties, delivery will be made via Black Cat Express the day before (deliveries cannot be scheduled for Sundays or Mondays). Please refer to "Packaging and Delivery Methods" for details regarding packaging and delivery. Please ensure you provide the recipient's name and phone number, and confirm that the recipient will be available to receive the order. We regret that we cannot offer replacements or refunds if delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient's absence, or inability to make contact.
