• The products are all handmade, so the gloss, polishing marks, color tone, cutting area and minor marks of the product you purchase will be slightly different.
• In order to show curves that cannot be achieved by machines, Cutipol insists on hand-making in many steps, so there will be traces of hand-making on the curved surface.
• During the coating process, pinch points are required to support the tableware, so there will be slight pinch mark marks on the products. This is normal.
• The feel of the GOA series is unique. The protagonist is the handle made of resin fusion, which has a bit of matte pink feel.
• In order to increase the richness of GOA, after continuous color research and development, there are currently a variety of colors to choose from; however, the resin handle will produce color patches and textures during the grouting process, which is normal.
• Each product is hand-engraved with the Cutipol Logo by craftsmen. However, the depth of the mark depends on the strength of the manual stamping, so there will be differences in depth.
• The Cutipol Logo on some new products uses laser engraving, and there will be differences in shades during the manufacturing process.

• It is recommended to hand wash tableware with warm water and soft detergent.
• Avoid using washing utensils that are too rough to avoid scratching the dishes.
• It is normal for gold-plated products to fade after use. Depending on the degree, you can use a gold-wiping cloth to wipe it back and forth.
• It is recommended that the handle of the GOA series be polished with fine sandpaper or coated with olive oil.
• This product is suitable for dishwashers. It is recommended to use a soft cloth to dry the excess water after the cleaning process. However, reducing the contact between this product and the water vapor in the dishwasher will help preserve the product.
