→ Product Introduction
This piece features a rounded, full teapot shape, exuding a charming and ample presence. It embodies a quintessential teapot form, designed to retain heat when filled with tea leaves and the lid is secured, allowing the leaves to steep perfectly. It's an ideal choice for simply enjoying a cup of fine tea.
Once the ceramicist has controlled the fundamental parameters, the growth of the crystal formations on each piece remains unpredictable, embodying a beauty bestowed by nature.
The dazzling crystalline glaze is something only Master Yeh, with decades of dedicated study in glazes, can master. Achieving such exquisite crystalline teacups requires precise control over the interplay of fire, clay, and glaze, capturing every detail of the texture and crafting the overall atmosphere of the vessel.
Crystalline glazes vary widely in color, offering a beautiful and novel aesthetic. Crystal formations can range in size and exhibit diverse patterns, including but not limited to: spotted, chrysanthemum-shaped, radial, splash-like, star-shaped, needle-like, and feather-like.
Historically, crystalline glazed vessels have been highly sought after by scholars and connoisseurs. In ancient times, due to numerous uncontrollable factors, potters throughout the ages dedicated immense effort and ingenuity, striving to create a single perfect piece of crystalline glazed ware. Today, with the advancement of technology, many variables in the crystalline firing process can be controlled. Nevertheless, it remains an exceptionally challenging type of work that is difficult to master.
Beyond its aesthetic appeal, this piece is also designed for practicality. Master Yeh has meticulously adjusted each creation based on years of experience, ensuring every item is both comfortable to hold and durable.

* Most products in this design studio are handcrafted, and the glaze or ash deposit on each piece will vary, which is part of the charm of ceramic art. Therefore, once a piece sells out, it will not be restocked, and an identical piece cannot be found. If a piece you admire is purchased by someone else, we regret that you will need to choose another item from the studio. We apologize for any inconvenience. You may also contact the designer to see if a similar piece is available.
* Dimensions are measured by hand and may have a margin of error within 0.5 cm.
* It is possible for traces of the crafting process to be present on the pieces, as they are either fully or semi-handcrafted.
* During the firing process, natural distribution of glaze and ash deposits may occur, which is entirely normal and is something NATURE GLAZE Studio emphasizes. Ceramics are inherently natural. If you have any questions about the product, please send us a private message.
* Product images are taken in a studio with adjusted lighting and environment. No post-production editing is used. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy, as discrepancies will not be considered defects.
