Iron through the cloth with pressure for approximately 15-20 seconds, and allow it to cool completely before touching to avoid burns. If you are concerned about the item not being secure enough, you can hand-sew along the edges of the embroidered patch with a needle and thread to minimize the chance of it falling off.
