The contents of the "Jin Yi Styles It For You" series are pre-selected and fixed, offering less flexibility than the "Custom Gift Box" series but providing a convenient, no-fuss purchasing experience. It's perfect for gifting to friends, family, clients, or as a baby shower gift. ✦ Minimum Purchase Quantity Due to the small production quantities for cake items, there is a minimum purchase requirement. If required, only a receipt for a tax-exempt business can be provided. . . // Return and Exchange Policy // ➊ According to "Statutory Exceptions to the Reasonable Exercise of the Right of Communication Transaction Withdrawal," Article 2 specifies seven circumstances where the seven-day cooling-off period does not apply to distance transactions. The first item refers to products that are perishable, have a short shelf life, or are nearing expiration upon return/cancellation. The second item refers to customized products, therefore custom gift boxes are also not eligible for the seven-day cooling-off period. ➌ For food hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened, used, or consumed, or if it has deteriorated due to reasons other than transit-related temperature fluctuations. ➍ Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons, such as: "it doesn't feel right," "it doesn't taste as I imagined," or "it should look better..." etc. ➎ All products are carefully inspected before packaging and shipping. If you receive an item with severe defects or an incorrect quantity (contents) compared to your order, please contact us within two days of receipt so we can promptly address the issue. To ensure there is no intentional damage, we recommend recording a video while inspecting the items upon arrival. ❻ In the event of severe defects, only exchanges for the exact same product as originally purchased will be accepted; refunds will not be provided.
