We will respond as soon as possible. | Care Instructions | • Please place in a well-ventilated, dry area away from direct sunlight. Humid environments can cause preserved flower petals to appear translucent, while dried flowers may become moldy. Direct sunlight can accelerate color fading. • If preserved flower petals appear translucent due to humidity, you can restore them by using a dehumidifier or desiccant. • Vibrant or dark colors in preserved flowers, such as red or black, can easily stain other floral materials. When displaying, try to avoid placing them directly against walls or wooden boards, as this can also cause staining. Please consider this before purchasing. • If there is dust on the flowers, gently brush it off with a small brush. | Shipping Notes | • Some items are available in stock at our physical store. If you need the item urgently, please inquire first. If the item is in stock at the store, it will be shipped by 4:00 PM on the same day and can be received the next day (excluding Sundays). If shipped on a Saturday, delivery will be postponed to Monday.
