MIR-1V 37mm f2.8 lens M42 Zenit Praktica camera Flektogon Micro 4/3

MIR-1 is wide-angle coated lens for Soviet SLR ZENIT cameras, it was introduced in 50-th years and had a Grand Prix at Brussels in 1958. The lens was based at ideas of Flektogon Carl Zeiss wide angle lenses. Same lenses still produce for a present time (more than 40 years of producing!!!) and a lot of photo-shooters still buy it. In the main, most all Soviet lenses are exceptionally good and this one is no exception! Letter "V" means that the lens was manufactured at the optical plant of Vologda town. It can be used with a lot of digital Micro 4/3 cameras with simple and inxpensive adapter. Item's condition: LIKE NEW The glass is very clean, with no any scratches, separations or fungus. Cosmetically the lens looks fine, like very accurately used before... just examine item's photos, please. Aperture blades open and close smoothly, focusing is smooth too. All functions are available. * Focus 37 mm. * Angle of view 60 degrees. * Optical registration 45.5mm. * Relative aperture 1:2.8 (up to 1:22 with clicks). * Additional ring for fast closing aperture from full opened to preinstalled meaning. * Mounting: M42x1mm (known also as Pentax Screw Mount), same with huge quantity of lenses for old Practica, Pentax, Yashica, Cosina and other cameras with optical registration 45.5mm. * Mounting for modern SLR & dSLR cameras will not bring any trouble with well-spread M42 adapters. * The lens is well-applicable for digital cameras with micro 4/3 system and other with working distance 45.5mm and less, with the use of adapters: All Sony NEX, Olympus, Panasonic: Lumix DMC-G1, DMC-GH1, DMC-GF1, DMC-G2, DMC-G10, Epson, Samsung and other. * Resolution (pairs of lines per 1 mm): not less than 45 in the center and 23 on the edge of frame. * Focusing from 0.7m. * Filter mount M49 x 0.75 mm. * Pretty in using. * Black coating. * The lens was made in 1988 in Russia.
