* In the event of natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances that cause delivery delays, you will be notified of the shipping delay. We appreciate your understanding.
* Shipping is handled by logistics partners via courier and convenience store delivery. The actual delivery time depends on the driver's route and conditions, and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
* All items come with a manually issued invoice. If you require a company registration number (統編), please be sure to note it in your order.
| After-Sales Service |
* All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and permanent basic cleaning and maintenance. Within the one-year warranty period, non-human-induced damage under normal use will be repaired free of charge once. Custom-made items, lost gemstones, or damage due to obvious human factors are not covered by the warranty. Repairs will be charged based on the situation.
* Lost warranty cards cannot be reissued; please keep them safe.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for items without a warranty card or not purchased from HYGGE ADORN.
* All round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service will be borne by the consumer.
* All after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning and maintenance, breakage repair, gemstone loss) require the accompanying warranty card. The service history will be recorded on the warranty card. Please contact us to apply for after-sales service.

* All products undergo professional quality control checks before shipment. If you receive a defective item, please maintain its original condition and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for verification. The following are not considered defects:
# Color Difference: Due to variations in browsing devices and settings, color differences may occur. Please refer to the actual product color upon receipt.
# Size: Measurement methods may vary, with a 0.5-1 cm error margin considered normal.
# Solder Points: While crafted with precision, handmade items may have slight solder points, such as at the junction of earring posts and the earring itself, or at necklace connections. Minor unevenness at these joints is normal.
# Gemstones: All gemstones used are natural, meaning each will have unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, or cloudy inclusions are normal phenomena.
# Pearls: All pearls are natural and unique, possessing their own natural luster. While efforts are made to select pearls with consistent luster, no two pearls will be exactly identical.
| Returns Policy |
* All products (except custom-made items) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, starting from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. Please check the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. The following situations are not eligible for returns:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# The item is not returned in its original packaging box and carton.
# Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, earring backs, and other accessories included with the product.
# Signs of prolonged wear and tear or dirt from non-standard try-ons.
# Modifications made to the product, such as engraving or altering the size or chain length.
# Promotional gifts not returned.
# Damage to the product due to human factors upon return.
# Engraved items are considered custom-made and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
* In accordanceance with court rulings, custom-made products requested by the consumer are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount remains above the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
* Each order is eligible for one free return shipping. If you wish to return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please ensure you have thoroughly inspected the items before initiating a return.
* If a return results in the original order no longer qualifying for a promotional offer, the discount will be deducted from the refund.
* If you return items without a specific reason more than 3 times within one year, HYGGE ADORN will blacklist you for six months.
