Thank you! 🙏🏻 ❖** ** 【 About the Flowers 】** • Much like people, every natural flower has its own unique shape and size. • All items are packed with care, but minor shedding during transit is normal. We appreciate your understanding. • Dream strives to keep product photos as close to reality as possible. However, differences in monitor displays or imported batches may cause slight color variations. The actual product serves as the standard; photos are for reference only. If you are highly sensitive to color differences, we recommend purchasing from a physical store to better meet your needs. **【 About the Glass Dome 】** • The glass is handcrafted, so minor imperfections such as slight scratches, tiny air bubbles, or uneven edges under light are considered standard marks of the crafting process. **❖ Storage & Care ❖** • Preserved and dried flowers are sensitive to moisture and water. Please keep them in a dry, ventilated area. The optimal storage humidity is 50-65%. (High humidity may cause mold, transparency, or color bleeding.) • If the environment is humid, you may use a dehumidifier or air conditioning. • Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause the flowers to become brittle or fade. • Depending on storage conditions, the optimal viewing period is 1-2 years (flowers will naturally fade and age over time). **❖ After-Sales Service ❖** Please record a video upon unboxing. If you have any issues after receiving the product, please contact us via private message before leaving a negative review. Dream values the experience of every customer and will do our best to assist you.
