Avoid contact with water and direct sunlight. ❀ Natural Stones ▴ Natural stone patterns, internal fractures, etc., will differ for each stone. ▴ Avoid heavy pressure on crystals with internal fractures to prevent breakage. ▴ Avoid contact with chemicals and do not wipe with alcohol. ❀ Plated/Gold-filled Metal: ▴ Ear posts/clips are made of 304/316 stainless steel plated with 14K or 18K real gold. ▴ Most accessory components are made of brass plated with 18K gold. ▴ When not wearing, gently wipe the surface of the jewelry with a dry cloth and store each piece separately, isolated from air. This helps prevent oxidation and friction, extending the jewelry's lifespan. ▴ Do not use silver polishing cloths, copper cleaners, or toothpaste, as they may scratch the gold plating. ❀ Brass ▴ For pure brass components, you can use a silver polishing cloth or a small amount of copper cleaner or toothpaste for cleaning. ❀ Ear Hole Care ▴ Before each wear, disinfect the ear posts/hooks/clips (parts that touch your earlobe) with alcohol. Clean them again with alcohol immediately after removal. This effectively reduces the chance of earlobe inflammation. ❀ For hygiene reasons and due to storage concerns, all jewelry purchased in-store and online are non-refundable or exchangeable, unless they are defective. ❀ Please inquire about after-sales repair services.
