**Admission opens 10 minutes before the event. In order to allow the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be admitted and no refund will be given~
**There is no water or drinks provided at the event site, please bring your own to drink~
**Please abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor. If there is any violation and any damage is caused, please be responsible for it~
Cancellation method:
**If notified 7 days before the course (excluding departure date), the full amount will be refunded. No refunds will be given after the deadline~
**If you cancel the notice within 6 days to 4 days before the course (excluding the departure date), a 50% handling fee will be charged~
**Cancellation is not accepted from 3 days before the course to the day, and no refund will be given~
**If you terminate your participation in the event due to factors that are not the responsibility of the organizer, no refund will be given~
**It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 6 days before the course date, your place can be transferred. But please be sure to tell us the name and contact information of the transferor~
**In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, typhoons, etc., we will contact you for an extension or refund~
How to change the date:
**The date can be changed within 6 days to 4 days before the course (excluding departure date), but the change can only be made once~
**Cancellations will not be accepted for rescheduled events~
**Date changes will not be accepted from 3 days before the course date to the same day~
