Delivery Service Description § We provide professional delivery and in-home placement services. § The product price does not include delivery fees or floor fees, which are to be paid directly to the delivery personnel. § A service fee of $200 applies for specified holiday deliveries, and $700 for specified date deliveries. These are to be paid directly to the delivery personnel on-site. § The company reserves the right to determine whether to ship in cases of force majeure such as adverse weather, terrain, or remote area restrictions. We appreciate your understanding. § Delivery is by appointment. Once a schedule is confirmed, please do not make last-minute changes. A fee of $1000 will be charged for unapproved changes to the installation date. If personnel have already departed, a $3000 fee will be charged for a wasted trip. We apologize for any inconvenience.
