This piece is created using a modern, simplified Kintsugi technique. Unlike traditional methods using natural urushi (tree sap), this process utilizes adhesive for bonding. The Kintsugi areas are crafted using lacquer (a commercially produced paint, not raw urushi) and gold powder (brass powder, pearl powder), with UV resin also incorporated for reinforcement.
