Palo Santo (Bursera graveolens) is a tree native to Brazil, Peru, Venezuela, Colombia, and Ecuador. It's known as one of the most aromatic and sacred woods in the world. Renowned for its healing properties and favourable aroma, Palo Santo is used for energy cleansing, grounding and spiritual rituals for over millennium. The concentration of essential oils develop gradually after a tree as fallen on its own accord and ample time is given to rest peacefully on the forest floor. Our high resin Palo Santo slabs are made from natural Palo Santo wood sourced and imported directly from Peru. Unlike other similar products elsewhere, our woods have been dried and at rest for MORE THAN 40 YEARS after fallen (most of the products in the market are made with Palo Santo at rest only for 3-10 years), this gives our wood slabs irresistible aromas, beautiful wood patterns and remarkable healing properties like no other.
